How often do you collect trash?
Collection is available five to seven nights per week. We agree on a schedule and evening collection window that works for your property. Your property management team shares the final schedule with residents.
What’s included in valet service?
Doorstep collection, Waste Heroes bins, and a sanitation walkthrough of common areas each visit. Walkthroughs include laundry rooms, high-traffic passageways, playgrounds, dumpster areas, pet waste receptacles, and pool areas.
Do you pick up recycling too?
Yes, where onsite recycling receptacles are available. Separate accepted recyclables into tied blue or clear bags and place them on top of or beside your waste bin during collection times. There is no additional recycling fee. Accepted materials depend on your property’s recycling facilities.
Where does the collected waste go?
We take collected waste to the property’s onsite trash chute, compactor, or designated recycling area, depending on the material. Valet collection works alongside your property’s existing disposal setup.
Can you help with furniture and move-outs?
Yes. Junk and bulk removal, including move-outs, are available as additional services. Bulky items are arranged separately from regular doorstep collection. Call us to discuss the items, access, and a quote.
